Refund policy

We reserve the right to cancel your online order if it is not paid within 24 hours of completing the order. You can only cancel an order before shipment. If it has already been shipped and has not yet been delivered it is not possible to cancel and you will have to wait until the order is delivered to request the return. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case of suspicion or verification of a manufacturing defect, you should take photos of the defect you detected and send an email to
support@buynewtech.com with photos of the defect and indicating the order number, name and VAT number, for consideration and validation. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
If you want to make an exchange instead of a return, you should send an email to
support@buynewtech.com  and make the request. The possibility will be evaluated immediately. In case of acceptance of the exchange request, the customer must return the item in question (in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, properly packaged so that it is not damaged during transportation) and place a new order of an amount equal to or greater than the item(s) he/she wishes to exchange (excluding shipping costs). Upon receipt and acceptance of the return, BUYNEWTECH will inform you of the remaining amount to be paid (if any) for the new order. The shipping costs of an exchange are the consumer’s responsibility and have an additional fixed value of 4.99€ for mainland Portugal and mainland Spain and 16.99€ for France and Italy. For other EU countries the shipping costs will be given on request.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, for any reason and without a justification. However, the shipping costs of a return not related to a manufacturing defect are the consumer’s responsibility and have an additional fixed value of 4.99€ for mainland Portugal and mainland Spain and 16.99€ for France and Italy. For other EU countries the shipping costs will be given on request. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, properly packaged so that it is not damaged during transportation. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. After receiving the item back and confirming it remains in good condition, BUYNEWTECH will then make a full refund of the order, including the shipping costs originally paid for the delivery, if any. After this legal deadline, only the amount paid for the items will be refunded and never the shipping costs, except if the cause of the return of the complete order is a defect in the same. In case of partial order return due to a manufacturing defect, the shipping costs will be refunded proportionally (if you ordered two items and returned one due to a manufacturing defect, the value of the item will be refunded, after receipt and validation, and half of the shipping costs, if any).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days from the date of arrival of the product at our warehouse. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
